A list of things we 10/10 would recommend to a friend (…or coworker)
Prices vary. Claire likes the 16 inch gas-fired Ooni
Claire: High quality pizzas with weeknight meal ease? Yes please! I owned the wood fired 16 inch Ooni when I lived in Vermont, have sold someone on the gas-powered 16 inch, and recently gifted my parents the gas-powered 12 inch Ooni. My personal fave is the gas-powered 16 inch — it’s a good balance of portability (esp. compared to the wood fired one), and flexibility. If you want to prioritize portability, the 12 inch is great too.
My favorite pizza dough recipe is in this Hex app. I’ve also used the oven to make naan and pita bread with great success.

Claire: Buie recommended this to me at the Hexemite offsite. I was dubious about paying for emojis, but 99c is well worth the joy it brings to be able to add a :chefs_kiss:
in an iMessage conversation.
Free since Hex pays for the business plan
Claire: The GOAT of password apps. I started paying for this back in 2017 and have been a happy customer ever since. Every detail is delightful, including the fact that when you need to check out, it let’s you used a stored credit card as your payment method. Small detail, but very nice.

Claire: At five speakers and counting, I’m all in on Sonos. Audiophiles may scoff, but I love them. If you are watching TV without a soundbar, you’re missing out (I have the Beam and love it). If you have a record player (we both do), grab one of the newer Era speakers so you can line-in your record player and beam the sound out to multiple rooms. Bonus pro tip: Ikea has a brand partnership with Sonos and sells some bookshelf speakers at a lower price point.
